SF Symbols were introduced during WWDC 2019 and are a big present for us developers. Apple basically gave us free symbols to use in our app, and it’s straightforward to use them as well! I’m having issues where symbols created using the 3.0 template won’t render correctly in Xcode 13. The symbols look fine in the SF Symbols app, but when I import into Xcode, the symbol is not placed appropriately in the symbol view (it may only show a zoomed-in view of the bottom left part of the symbol, or the symbol won’t be in the symbol view at all).

All the icons are preinstalled in Apple OSes, so you wont find a library of icons for download. If you can settle for a lower quality, this is a online repository containing all of the SF Symbols (not sure though) Also, I’m pretty sure Apple’s copyrighted the icons, So I don’t think it’s safe to use them for commercial purposes.
